My name is Sara Alavi and I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) New York.
My journey into health and wellness began with yoga, Pilates, and Transcendental Meditation, which evolved into a deeper pursuit of psychology and therapy.
During my14 years of experience as a Product Manager at Benetton, an international corporation, I gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by professionals in high-demand roles.
Today, I merge my corporate insights with wellness strategies to support executives and professionals seeking balance and well-being amidst their demanding schedules.
